I am tired this morning, because I worked from 8 PM to 1 AM last night on a couple of things that I have had TAC Cases on...
Cisco Unified Operations Manager (CUOM) - We had the 2.0 version, and it was causing a CPU Spike in Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager) any time the server was rebooted. So, last night I upgraded to 2.0.1, and the user interface seems to be quite a bit nicer.
Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) - We have had a couple of outages where the Node Manager has shutdown, and the Cisco TAC Engineer wanted me to dissolve NIC Teaming on the server. So, I followed the instructions to eliminate the NIC Team. It worked this morning, and now we have to wait and see.
Oh yeah - while working on the CUOM Server I found out about these cool programs... http://www.sysinternals.com The Process Explorer looks to be really neat...
Have a Great Day!
